We offer worldwide delivery, excluding select regions.

How long does shipping take?
Each item is made to order and prepared within 2–5 business days, then shipping depends on your location:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Mexico: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-25 business days
where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through our production and logistics network.
Depending on availability and destination, items may ship from multiple locations.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
- EU orders: No customs fees.
- US order: Applicable taxes are included at checkout.
- Other countries: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
My order has shipped but I am having an issue with delivery. What do I do?
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please check your tracking first. If the problem continues, contact us via our Contact Page and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and ensure your order arrives safely.
Return/Exchange Policy
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, we don’t normally accept returns or offer refunds.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours via our Contact Page.
We’ll make it right — either by fixing the issue or providing a refund if it’s on our side.
For all other orders, sales are final.
