Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed orders.

Exceptions:

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@kotorwear.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will work with you to correct the issue or provide a refund if the error is on our side.

All other sales are final.
